About the Roast

On a family trip in December 2025, we headed out to the mountains of Chiang Mai and visited RS Coffee farm. They were extremely hospitable and brought us around to see how they processed the coffee, both older folks and younger children alike. We discovered the yellow catimor trees and fruits that were so sweet. The fact that they managed to seperate them out and did a honey process on that was amazing so we bought some home for you to try as well. These honey processed coffee are floated, dried in shade and hand sorted manually to bring you the best they have. View our pics to see our experience at their farm.
