Given the fruit forward cups that the Kenya and Ethiopia region brings, you'd be sorely wrong to think that this blend is just full of acidity. With careful adjustments to balance the flavours of these beans, we find this cup extremely surprising, bringing out the most delicious flavours of both regions - plum syrupy with hints of bright raspberry sweetness.
