In light of the festive season, we've created 2 specialty drink recipes using the beans from Worka Nenke (Ethiopia), complementing the flavours which are already inherently in the beans when extracted on espresso, accentuating the flavour notes of the beans, namely raspberry jam and the sweetness of blood orange. This recipe duo comprise of an espresso recipe and a cold brew recipe, which would be great for coffee enthusiasts with or without an espresso machine. 

If you are a friend buying a gift this Christmas, this would be a great treat and experience for a friend who is a coffee enthusiast, or simply loves coffee, from one using semi-automatic machines to those who simply do pourovers only, or those who have a full espresso machine setup.
