About the Roast

On a family trip in December 2025, we headed out to the mountains of Chiang Mai and stayed with Apple and Arnon on their Doi Pang Bong farm. They were extremely hospitable and it was an amazing experience for all 6 of us, both older folks and younger children alike. We experienced their warmth through a full process coffee farm tour they blocked the day out for us, and we roasted a light roast of their washed coffee. It was such a special experience for all of us, and I suspect they were as moved because even though they might not have had enough greens for themselves they offered to sell us 5kg of their greens for us to share with the people in Singapore! We had to bring back some of them to you.
